A Writing & Reflection Group
Process the challenges of caregiving through writing, reflection, and shared conversation.
Event Description
Narrative medicine recognizes the healing power of storytelling — offering space to reflect, make meaning, and feel less alone in caregiving.
Join us for an intimate writing group for those caring for loved ones through serious illness or aging. A short professional reading will be shared in advance to spark discussion, followed by guided free writing and optional sharing in a supportive small-group setting.
Together, we’ll explore the caregiving experience through words.
